This platform constitutes   a space for information, transparency, and interaction, designed to strengthen the link between BIANCO and all actors engaged in the fight against corruption.

At the heart of the national anti-corruption framework, BIANCO embodies the firm commitment of the Malagasy State to public integrity, transparency, and the supremacy of law. Our mission is clear: to lead the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy with rigor, impartiality, and effectiveness, in the service of the public interest.

In the face of evolving and persistent challenges, we are intensifying our efforts in education and prevention, while ensuring an appropriate criminal response to corruption-related offenses through our investigations. The constant transformation of economic and financial crime requires heightened vigilance, continuous adaptation of our working methods, and renewed determination. Our approach is part of a dynamic of continuous improvement, based on accountability and performance.

The fight against corruption is a national imperative and a shared responsibility. It requires a coordinated collective commitment from public institutions, the private sector, civil society, the media, technical and financial partners, young people, and all citizens; everyone has a crucial role to play.
