BIANCO MAHAJANGA: New Territorial Director officially installed today

A new lease of life for the Territorial Directorate of The Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) Mahajanga , the Director General of BIANCO, in the presence of several high-ranking administrative, judicial, and political officials, presided today in Mahajanga over the official installation ceremony of the new Territorial Director of BIANCO Mahajanga, Ms. RAZANABAHOAKA Sitraka Harivony Maria Patrick, a magistrate of the judicial order.

As a representative of state in the Boeny Region, the Prefect of Mahajanga focused his speech on the enthusiasm and readiness of all regional directorates and decentralized services, as well as all local authorities within his jurisdiction, to actively collaborate with BIANCO Mahajanga in the fight against corruption.

For her part, the new Territorial Director extended a hand to all public and private actors across the four regions that make up the Province of Mahajanga, stating that she will place strong emphasis on education and prevention, while ensuring the effective enforcement of the law against perpetrators and beneficiaries of corruption offenses.

As for the Director General of the BIANCO, he delivered a mobilization speech, calling on everyone to contribute energetically to the fight against corruption alongside BIANCO Mahajanga. He also highlighted that the new Territorial Director possesses the competence and dynamism required to lead BIANCO Mahajanga toward results that meet public expectations.
