BIANCO– IOF : A concrete commitment in the service of fighting against corruption
As part of the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (SNLCC) 2025–2030, the Independent Anti-Corruption (BIANCO) is strengthening its cooperation with the International Organization of La Francophonie (IOF), with a particular focus on prevention and education. In this regard, the OIF is providing significant support for the implementation of structuring projects, particularly in the civil registry and land administration sectors in the Haute Matsiatra and Bongolava regions. The partnership also includes the development of new training modules to be integrated into curricula for trainee magistrates, trainee court clerks, and notaries.

Yesterday, during the presentation of the outcomes of these activities, the Director General of BIANCO, RAZAKAMANANTSOA Gaby Nestor, praised the continued support of IOF, which has contributed to promoting transparency in civil registry services and strengthening ethics and integrity among future public officials. Thanks to this joint effort, several notable achievements have been recorded, including a 100% increase in revenues for the Urbain Commune of Fianarantsoa and a 90% increase for the Urban commune of Tsiroanomandidy.

Through these initiatives, BIANCO and the OIF reaffirm their shared commitment to pursuing sustained efforts in support of an effective fight against the scourge of corruption.
