Strengthening integrity in the justice sector: Workshop to design training modules on fighting against corruption organized in Ampefy
As part of efforts to strengthen education and prevention within Madagascar’s justice sector, a workshop to design new training modules on fighting against corruption was held on January 22 and 23, 2026, in Ampefy.

Funded by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), the workshop falls within the framework of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2025–2030. Its objective is to ensure the structured and sustainable integration of the fight against corruption content into the training programs of trainee magistrates, trainee court clerks, and notaries. The initiative seeks to equip future actors of the judicial system with strong ethical and professional tools that promote integrity, accountability, and transparency.

On this occasion, the Director General of the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) and the Director General of the National School of Magistrates and Clerks (ENMG) emphasized the importance of this preventive approach in effectively combating corruption and restoring citizens’ trust in the justice system.
