BIANCO-Université d’Antananarivo : un front commun contre la corruption

BIANCO – University of Antananarivo: A united front against corruption

Antananarivo, January 16, 2026 – The Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) and the University of Antananarivo have formalized their partnership through the signing of an agreement aimed at strengthening the fight against corruption within the university environment.

This agreement primarily focuses on educating young people through the Integrity and Honesty Networks (RHI) and integrating integration of the fight against corruption modules into university curricula; preventing corruption by mapping risks within existing university procedures; sharing information useful for investigations; and mobilizing individuals subject to the declaration of assets and economic interests.

On this occasion, the Director General of BIANCO, RAZAKAMANATSOA Gaby Nestor, reaffirmed the openness of the institution to collaborating with any entity committed to combating corruption, while recalling the actions already carried out with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESUPRES), particularly in the fight against fraudulent diplomas.
