A BIANCO Office inaugurated in the heart of Antananarivo on December 9
In the case of the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day (IACD), three Senior Advisors for the Refoundation of the Republic of Madagascar , the Colonel ZAFITASONDRY RANOELSON Marcellin, the Colonel RAMPANARIVO Thierry, and the Lieutenant-Colonel ANDRIAMIARISOA Gervais , presided over the inauguration ceremony of the BIANCO’s Complaint Reception and Guidance Center in Anosy, Antananarivo, on December 9, 2025 in presence of several high-ranking political figures and members of the diplomatic corps.

In his address, the Director General of Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) specified that this center, financed entirely by the Malagasy State, testifies the BIANCO’s resolve to bring its services closer to users by providing them an easily accessible office where they can directly report acts of corruption of which they are victims or witnesses, and receive advice and guidance regarding difficulties encountered within public services.
For his part, the Colonel ZAFITASONDRY RANOELSON Marcellin specified that the opening of this center will certainly contribute to the implementation of the zero-tolerance policy against corruption advocated in the General State Policy for the Refoundation. He called on the public to make full use of the center while also issuing a clear appeal to public officials to perform their exercise of public functions in strict compliance with the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
