A new Territorial Director appointed for BIANCO Fianarantsoa

Recruitment based on transparency and integrity

In accordance with the principles of good governance and accountability promoted by Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) , the recruitment of the new Territorial Director was conducted through a public call for applications.

A recruitment committee composed of both internal and external members of BIANCO carried out a rigorous evaluation of application files, conducted interviews with shortlisted candidates, and made the final decision based on objective and transparent criteria.

The recruitment process concluded with a background check to ensure the ethical compliance and integrity of the selected candidates. Following the final deliberation of the recruitment committee, Mr. ANDRIANARY Lovaharinjaka Hasina was appointed Territorial Director of BIANCO Fianarantsoa.

Leadership in the service of integrity and regional development

Drawing on his experience and commitment to the fight against corruption, Mr. ANDRIANARY Lovaharinjaka Hasina will be tasked with strengthening the presence of the BIANCO  in Fianarantsoa, ​​particularly in six regions: Haute Matsiatra, Amoron’i Mania, Ihorombe, Atsimo Atsinana, Vatovavy, Fitovinany, and the Menabe region, and continuing the implementation of prevention, education, and investigation activities at the local level.
