An operational implementation plan to achieve the strategic objectives of the SNLCC 2025–2030

A working session dedicated to the development of the operational implementation plan for the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (SNLCC) was held on 03 September 2025 at BIANCO headquarters in Ambohibao. As host of this second meeting, BIANCO once again reaffirmed its full commitment to the effective implementation of the SNLCC, in its quality as the first institution responsible for its execution.

This workshop, organized by the Anti-Corruption System (ACS), brought together focal points tasked with designing the operational implementation plan. Discussions focused on defining specific operational actions for each anti-corruption stakeholder, identifying lead institutions and key partners, and establishing a clear and shared timeline.

The document resulting from this work will serve as a reference roadmap to guide actions, also aiming to strengthen institutional coherence and ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the SNLCC.
