Strengthening Staff Cohesion: BIANCO Team Building in Mahajanga

On July 26, 27, and 28, 2025, the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) Antananarivo Staff Association (FMBI Antananarivo) organized a team-building session in Mahajanga dedicated for all staff of the BIANCO. Initiated under the leadership of Director General Gaby Nestor  RAZAKAMANANTSOA , this initiative, ​​aimed to strengthen cohesion, teamwork, and harmony in anti-corruption activities.

During these three days, participants enjoyed a rich and varied program: cultural visits, various activities, sporting events, and exchanges with anti-corruption structures in the Boeny region. On this occasion, the Director General reiterated the core values guiding BIANCO staff and emphasized the need to align efforts with the new National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2025–2030.

At the close of the event, the Director General and FMBI representatives expressed their sincere gratitude to all BIANCO staff for their active participation, commitment, and collaborative spirit. They also commended the success of this initiative, which has helped strengthen interpersonal ties, improve internal communication, and lay the groundwork for more effective and coherent institutional action in the fight against corruption in Madagascar.
