13è édition de la Journée des Réseaux d'Honnêteté et d'Intégrité (RHI) à Antananarivo : la jeunesse s'engage contre la corruption

13th edition of the Integrity and Honesty Networks (RHI) Day in Antananarivo: Youth are committed to fighting corruption

On June 13, 2025, the Ampefiloha Modern High School hosted the 13th edition of the Integrity and Honesty Networks (RHI) Day. Held under the theme “Tanora aho, manorina ny hoaviko lavitry ny kolikoly” (“I am young, I am building my future far from corruption”), the event highlighted the essential role of youth in the fight against this scourge.

The event brought together key stakeholders, including Mr. RAZAKAMANANTSOA Gaby Nestor, Director General of Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO), accompanied by his team from the Antananarivo Territorial Directorate. Also in attendance were Ms. Eliane RANOSY, Director General of school establishments at the Ministry of National Education,  the Principal of  Ampefiloha Modern High School, as well as several other  school officials, all demonstrating their commitment and support.

This day underscored the urgent need for young people—future leaders of our society—to adopt, starting from today , an attitude based on integrity and a categorical rejection of all forms of corruption. The RHI represents an essential platform for civic education and exchange, designed to encourage active collective engagement in this cause.

The RHI-Madagascar program has achieved significant success: to date, 199 RHI have been established, bringing together more than 9,400 members across the country. This Malagasy initiative now enjoys regional recognition and serves as an exemplary model for several African countries, such as Mali, which is drawing inspiration from it to mobilize its own youth in the fight against corruption.
