BIANCO and Ravinala Airports jointly committed to the fight against corruption at Antananarivo International Airport

Antananarivo, September 10, 2026 — The Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) and Ravinala Airports are strengthening their joint commitment to combating corruption and promoting integrity at Ivato International Airport. This commitment was concretized on September 10 th with the installation and inauguration of a BIANCO Kiosk within the international airport, designed to inform, raise awareness and receive reports from users, passengers and airport actors.

The partnership also relies on regular awareness-raising activities through the media and within international airports, as well as the provision of communication kits. “At Ravinala Airports, we have a responsibility to manage much more than infrastructure. We contribute to the passenger experience and to promoting  Madagascar’s image around the world,” said Daniel Lefebvre, the Managing Director  of Ravinala Airports,  thereby reaffirming the company’s support for BIANCO’s mission.

For his part, Gaby Nestor RAZAKAMANANTSOA, Director General of BIANCO, considers the kiosk to be “a symbol of our shared commitment to transparency and the promotion of integrity,” but also a point of contact and trust for users.

The two entities therefore intend to prioritize an approach based on prevention, awareness-raising and the handling of reports. Campaigns are being organized on September 10th and 11th, for various airport actors and passengers to promote responsible behavior. Through this initiative, BIANCO and Ravinala Airports aim to make international airports spaces where integrity becomes a shared responsibility, convinced that “every refusal to engage in illegal practices counts, every act of integrity counts.”
