Urban Commune of Antsirabe and BIANCO collaboration : Director General mobilizes staff in the fight against corruption

Antsirabe, July 28, 2026 – At the request of the Acting Mayor, the Director General of  the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) led a mobilization session on the fight against corruption for staff of the Urban Commune of Antsirabe.

Topics were raised concerning illegal construction, abuse of office, the signature deposit system, abusive denunciations , and the role and attributions  of the Anti-Corruption Structure (STAC)within the Commune .

It  is worth noting that BIANCO is considering the establishment of a regional office in Antsirabe.
