Declarations of Assets and Economic Interests : MEAH reaffirms its commitment to fighting corruption

As part of efforts to strengthen transparency and promote integrity within the public administration, Dr. Minosoa Anjaratiana Elia RAZAFINDRIANIAINA, Minister of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (MEAH), led a high-level delegation of senior officials from the Ministry today, 4 June 2026, to submit their Declarations of Assets and Economic Interests (DPEI) to the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO).

In her address, the Minister emphasized that this initiative demonstrates their firm commitment to complying with the principles of transparency, accountability, and exemplary conduct in the performance of public functions.

For his part, the Director General of BIANCO, Gaby Nestor RAZAKAMANANTSOA, stated that this commendable initiative is fully aligned with the anti-corruption efforts promoted under the General State Policy for Refoundation (PGE-R). He also reiterated the mandatory nature of the DPEI, stressing that it serves as an important tool for preventing corruption and strengthening public trust in state institutions.
