METFP strengthens its commitment to the fight against corruption
Antananarivo, 04 June 2026 – A major milestone has been achieved in strengthening governance and integrity within the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training (METFP). This day, the Minister, Dr. Todisoa ANDRIAMAMPANDRY, officially presented the Ministry’s Internal Anti-Corruption Policy (PILCC).

In the same momentum, a partnership agreement was signed with the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) to support the effective implementation of the objectives set out in this policy. This dual initiative reflects the strong political commitment of the Minister and his entire leadership team to promoting an exemplary public administration founded on transparency, integrity, and accountability.

In his address, the Minister emphasized that the PILCC is a strategic tool designed to improve administrative management and strengthen good governance mechanisms within the Ministry. In particular, the policy aims to ensure transparency in recruitment processes, foster an institutional culture of integrity, and prevent corruption risks.

For his part, the Director General of BIANCO, Gaby Nestor RAZAKAMANANTSOA, commended METFP's commitment to the fight against corruption under the leadership of the Minister and his team. He also took the opportunity to raise awareness among participants about the harmful consequences of corrupt practices, which undermine the credibility and effectiveness of public administration. Furthermore, he reiterated that combating corruption is a collective responsibility requiring the involvement of all actors, both within institutions and throughout society
Through this initiative, METFP reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and ethics in the service of the public interest and the sustainable development of the technical education and vocational training sector.
