Second meeting of the Networks of Actors Platform (PRA)

As part of the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (SNLCC), the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) , under the leadership of its Director General and  with financial support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) , held the second meeting of  the Networks  of Actors Platform (PRA) on 17 April 2026 in Antsiranana..

Composed of ten members from both the public and private sectors, the Platform provided a framework for discussions on its missions and objectives, and for the development of its annual action plan, in the presence of the Director General of BIANCO.

As a technical support body, the PRA assists BIANCO in preventing corruption in three key areas: local governance, land management, and the environment. Its members are now mobilized to implement the planned activities and to strengthen advocacy for effective enforcement of anti-corruption mechanisms.
