Ministry of Justice : Promoting Transparency through the Declaration of Assets and Economic Interests (DPIE)
The Ministry of Justice reaffirms its commitment to transparency by fully complying with the legal provisions relating to the Declaration of Assets and Economic Interests (DPIE).

On this day, April 14, 2026, a delegation led by its Secretary General, Mr. RANDRIANASOLO RANDRASANA Sandro Ange, visited the headquarters of the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) to collectively submit their DPIE forms. This marks a historic first for this highly strategic Ministry, ranked among the most criticized institutions due to the volume of complaints received by BIANCO.
Through this initiative, the officials aim to demonstrate their firm commitment to fighting corruption. The Secretary General emphasized that this is both a responsible and committed act, intended to restore and strengthen citizens’ trust in the justice system.
For his part, the Director General of BIANCO, Mr. RAZAKAMANANTSOA Gaby Nestor, praised the Ministry’s initiative, noting that it is an exemplary act aligned with the objectives of the DPIE, namely promoting the integrity of public officials, enhancing transparency, and restoring public confidence. He also emphasized the need to further strengthen cooperation between the two entities to ensure a more effective fight against corruption in Madagascar.
