MCC – BIANCO: Towards Strengthened Collaboration

As part of efforts to reinforce the fight against corruption in Madagascar, particularly in the areas of communication and public education, the Minister of Communication and Culture (MCC) received the Director General of the Independant Anti-Corruption Bureau  (BIANCO) on February 25, 2026, to explore avenues for collaboration between the two institutions.

Through this initiative, the MCC and BIANCO aim for  mass mobilization in  support of the fight against  corruption, specifically by implementing strategic objective number 3 of the 2025-2030 National Anti-Corruption Strategy, which focuses on promoting a culture of integrity shared by all.
