Fight against corruption : Mahajanga lawyers engage in discussions with BIANCO

On Friday, August 28, 2026, the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) Mahajanga hosted a discussion and knowledge-sharing session on the fight against corruption, bringing together Lawyers from the Mahajanga Bar section. The meeting was held as part of the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (SNLCC) and the General Policy of State for Refoundation (PGE-R).

During the morning session, participants were briefed on the priority areas of the SNLCC and the PGE-R. As key actors in the rule of law and the promotion of integrity, Lawyers were invited to share their expertise and provide contributions. The main objective was to strengthen collaboration between BIANCO and the Mahajanga Bar, both in the prevention and repression of corruption.

This initiative marks an important step in mobilizing legal professionals in support of the  refoundation of country.
