Paositra Malagasy: Declaration of Assets and Economic Interests at BIANCO
On April 8, 2026, the staff of National postal operator of Madagascar “Paositra Malagasy”( PAOMA), led by its Director General, ANDRIANASOLO Rija Jean Serge, went to the headquarters of the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO) in Ambohibao to collectively submit their declarations of assets and economic interests (DPIE). This action reflects the strong commitment of the institution’s senior officials to comply with legislative and administrative provisions promoting transparency and accountability in the exercise of public office in Madagascar.
In his speech, Mr. ANDRIANASOLO Rija Jean Serge expressed his personal commitment, along with that of all his colleagues, to work vigorously toward the success of anti-corruption efforts within PAOMA. He also announced the possibility of collaboration between the two entities so that awareness-raising and training activities, supported by PAOMA, can be carried out for the benefit of employees and users.
For his part, the Director General of BIANCO commended the delegation’s voluntary and responsible initiative. He did not fail to recall the objectives of the DPIE, which are to promote transparency and integrity in public affairs management, and to strengthen public trust in leadership. He further emphasized that failure to declare Assets and Economic Interests constitutes a criminal offense and that legal proceedings will soon be initiated against those who fail to comply.
